Lucius is a Coconut

I went blog hunting for recipes for how to use coconut oil to assist in regrowing and conditioning hair. I found a couple. My doctor suggested I put coconut oil into my hair once every couple nights. I did so. The point of this is that coconut oil kills parasites and yeast which can contribute to hair loss. It is a healthy thing to do. Let's call this part of the elimination process of things which can prevent hair loss and which can begin the process of growth.

For a couple nights, I have used coconut first on my scalp and then washing it out in the morning. Then, a small amount of coconut oil is distributed through the body of the hair. It is used as a light conditioner.

This is where I say Lucius is a coconut. He is a coco-NUT. I made myself irresistable to him. He has discovered in the last couple days he is in love with coconut oil and young coconut dried fruit. He knows the smell. What this means is he goes into my hair and plays. He left cat mixed saliva into coconut oil to create monster snarls containing half of all my hair. He was licking the coconut oil out of my hair.

The situation is every female's nightmare. I anticipated hair loss. My husband said the point of adding coconut oil to condition hair is a mute point if your cat chews your hair all off. He didn't. It seems like it, but that did not happen.

Something surprising happened though. It is a new thing for me to comb out coconut conditioned hair. One of the major reasons for hair breakage is static - at least here in dry climate. The oil reduced the static. I brushed out a nightmare snarl in 10 minutes. I anticipated at least an hour. This is new for me. My hair all felt soft. It is not much of a nightmare afterall. I give one point for coconut oil from me.
