In the morning, CatDad moves closer to hug me. Lucius walked up our bodies, on top of the covers. And where CatDad's arm was blocking the way, which covered that space which ought be that of Lucius, between us, he put his claw paw upon CatDad's arm, and Lucius tried to move CatDad's arm.
CatDad recognized his kitten was trying, with his little cat muscle, trying to clear a space for himself, between him and CatMom. And so, CatDad's arm lifted, and Lucius got into his place between his parents.
And it's normal for CatDad's arm to go around Lucius and make him warm. Lucius gives off heat, but his CatDad is warm.
And life is as it ought be. Everyone gets that love they all need.
