The 12 Year Old Bracelet

When I was 12, had taken the Babysitting course, and begun babysitting, I had a little money. I bought a bracelet, which I wore at school. Obviously, elastic does not last that long. It went out of use about 15 or 20 years ago. I kept it. It was not pretty with undone elastic. Today, I fixed it.

Most likely, my store then was K-Mart or Zellers. They had things I could afford. I bought my first piece on my own there.

Today, I put it back on my wrist. And realistically, I saw the grit between the beads. I probably will spend a short time cleaning the bead. We will see.

My little piece, which was probably $8 was as cute as pieces which were high tens in price. Just because you get something more expensive does not mean it looks better.

I will impress my husband with my restore.

It's very cute. Now, it must stretch out all over again. And if for some reason, my restore does not work, or I discover something bad about it, I can fix it.

Today, I worked with needles. I need to put it away.

Lulu really likes this kind of work. He helped organize the elastic. You can imagine. Lulu can pick up beads and elastic with his claw.

Update: I cleaned between the beads. The bracelet is ready to adorn.
