The Lullaby Bee

Today, as I gathered herbs in my garden, a bee landed upon my leg. It is my upper leg. The bee wanted heat. It's a little cool out there. The bee decided I am the resting place. At one point, a third was deciding to land, and I encouraged the third bee to go land upon basil.

The bee I had with me was a scarlet robe bee. And like my cat, when my cat is cuddled nearby, the bee groomed. I saw all manner of bee grooming. I had the bee on me for 30-40 minutes. If a bee is going to land on you, or me, I pray for the bee. I prayed all sorts of good things on and over the bee and his hive.

He tried to get something to eat through my jean. And it tickled. And I felt him, as he did all his grooming positions, to get his bee fur clean, and his antennae and legs clean.

For a bit, I decided to work, with him on my leg. I just did work, and kept away from edges, so he had space. And then, my husband came, and I showed him my bee baby.

After the rest, the bee set up in flight, and went back to work on the basil. Clearly, the bee did know who I was. I am the gardener who tends basil to feed the bee.

I did not pet the bee. I was tempted. I did not. I just gave him either horizontal or vertical spaces to be a bee. If you want to see your bee groom, you give him a horizontal resting place. If you want to see him climb, he has a little angle. And if you want to work with your bee, you hopefully have a little room in your pant leg. I was there to inspect the health of my garden.

I need to wash my jean. My little bee did a little job on me. And as a biologist, I know these things. But usually, that happens on the flower. And the flower has pretty smells to take care of all that. Today, I can wash these, and make them clean again.

Bees are not flies. They like a clean space, pleasant smelling. The bee loved me.

I don't recall putting on my floral fragrance. I did that yesterday.

The code is: lullaby bee.

Exodus has this code, where the Israelites go across the Red Sea, or thereabout.

There, the word bee also means competition, or tournament. (I looked up three words for bee. Mostly, 1 version of the word appeared.)

Next, I have Esther.

I don't know if there's a direct match here, with my word search, however, there were three words potential for bee.

For a long word, lullaby came up quite a bit in the code.

I know the word creche. It's French for the Cradle Jesus had as a baby.

This word looks similar to Creche. Crèche. Song of the Crèche is more or less what this word is.

Shir aresh. I would be disappointed if I guessed wrong. How exactly will I find out....

What is the Bema Reward for doing word searches? What do you think? The land of Milk and Honey must have a beekeeper involved in tending the land. Who is Israel's beekeeper? Who would create the scarlet robe bee just for me? The scarlet robe bee has scarlet bee fur.

I had a fairly good crop this year. It's because of this bee colony, and others. It's thanks to pollinators. And it's thanks to my God.

My birds are eating the last rounds. It could be efficient, and made into more product, but my heart is set around a garden of Eden, and my critters matter. It pleases my heart to see my birds land in my tree, and enjoy all God's benefits. Part of the experience here is to have what God wanted originally with Adam and Eve. We work it together to make our place like Eden.

God stands over this place. And his shield and cherubim stand to make this ground productive. He loves the bee. He loves the bird. It is not just about productivity. It is about song. It is about rest. And it is that we have enough to cover the whole flock, which includes our house.

If a bee lands on you, and decides you are a place of rest, others want to land. Who gave the bees wisdom that I am their place of rest, and not a trap of death? Well, that One knows I am very happy he brought me bees to enjoy, and over whom I sang my bee lullaby.

Note: Yesterday, when I heard news of the killing spree in the U.S., I set into intercession. I stood with you, United States Law Enforcement (and specialty groups) as you fought. I fought with you. L, Donna.

Later: I have thought about whether I would take photos of a bee having a rest upon me. I have decided no. If a bee chooses me as their resting place, they may rest in security.

I will enjoy their movements of their bee fur, as they comb it to cleanliness.
